World Film Festival 2020 is cancelled September 14, 2020
Dear friends of the festival
The year 2020 has brought unexpected and unprecedented challenges to all of us. Even though we were hoping to enjoy the 17th edition of the World Film Festival with you in spite of the corona virus, we have now understood that in the current situation we cannot create the usual pleasant homely atmosphere, filled with enthralling documentaries, discussions, side programs and guests from all over the world. However, we plan to have all of that again in 2021.All the filmmakers who have submitted their films this year are welcome to submit these again next year.
Today we share the sadness with you, but we are nevertheless optimistic and enthusiastic about the future.
